Returns and Exchanges

At Softwinds of Trade we want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your product you can return it within 120 days of purchase 'Hassle Free'.

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items. Softwinds of Trade is not liable for the loss of items being returned. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.

Please note: International returns cannot be over $1000, if so please ship these separately as Softwinds of Trade is not responsible to pay duties to receive the goods. If there is a charge it will be deducted from your final refund.

What can I return? 

We have a 120 Day returns ‘Hassle Free’ policy on everything at Softwinds of Trade, including sale items. When returning an item, we ask that the item has been not been used or washed and that you take care to protect the textile when posting.

What if a product is faulty?  

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact customer service via e-mail returns@softwindsoftrade.com.au to let us know and we can either send out a post bag for you to return the product in or refund your postage when the parcel arrives. If available you can request a replacement or refund for the product. 

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item please simply send an e-mail to let us know what item you are after so that we can put it on hold for you. Please make a note of your order number and the particular product number in question. We are happy to hold items for one week. The last thing we want is for it to sell out before your return arrives.

The important thing to remember is that we want the items you order to be perfect for you and your home. We love turning our returns around as quickly as possible so you can get on with enjoying your beautiful Softwinds of Trade item.  

What do I do with my returns form? 

Once you complete the online Return Form, please print and include it in your parcel. This form helps the process to run smoothly at our end and makes your return preferences really clear. If you’re unable to print your form, please include a handwritten note that specifies your order ID number, which you will find on your confirmation screen, and we will know what you’d like us to do.

Please complete the Return Form below and submit prior to returning any item. Don't forget to include a printed version of this with your returned item/s.
